Superman

So I was listening to WJFK this morning and they were talking about the Superman Punch. They were making it sound like it was the coolest thing ever. I'm not saying that it isn't but when I had a chance I looked it up on YouTube and honestly it happened so quickly that I think it kind of takes away from how hard it has to be, to be able to throw a punch like that. From what I gathered you are supposed to pretend like you are going to kick the guy and usually they throw a few kicks before hand just so he won't expect it. Then you fake the kick and just pull back as far as possible and punch the shit out of the guy. So check it out.
